Rosewood Hong Kong appoints new bar team

Rosewood Hong Kong has announced the appointment of a new bar team at Dark Side, led by Marco Maiorano as bar manager.
Bar manager of Edinburgh’s Panda & Sons, Sean Cavanagh, has been named the UK’s Most Sustainable Bartender at the Flor de Caña Sustainable Cocktail Challenge.
Celebrate Her, an initiative to support gender parity, diversity and inclusion in the UK hospitality industry, will virtually champion the #ChoosetoChallenge campaign for International Women’s Day.
